Remember two posts ago when I said I was removing socials I can't use anymore from my about page? Because the site is aesthetically very pretty, and because I didn't have enough posts on there to be like "oh my this is too much to thouroughly archive" (which I kinda am with Twitter, but also I'm still on and off using twitter for space stuff ), A capture of my cohost profile page is now archived on my site. If you didn't want to click that link, you can also find links to almost every page on my site in the sitemap. It's updated from its previous appearance, and it has links!

08/10/24 [221<220 - 22 - 2]

Remember last post when I said I was going to be doing things? I have done approximately none of those things, and have instead decided to make a new page for cool photos I've taken! It lives at /images for now, but if the page gets too image heavy I might have to switch to individual pages. We aren't there yet though, as it's only 297KB big so far (sorry if you're still on 28.8k, I may try to make the small images better compressed in the future. ). In other news, the snow effect from a previous news post goes really well with the photo of willis tower, especially in .

21/09/24 [221<220 - 21 - 221]

I have removed social medias that I either no longer use (twitter (Good Riddance. ) ), will soon no longer be able to use (CoHost ), or never really used in the first place (Kbin ). In other news, formulating ideas inside of my head for /old, going to try to get a news page running for it soon-ish (if I remember ), thinking about making /about/old a single-column layout that conforms to the /old visual style, and in the early stages of thinking up a cool thing with image maps, so hope that pans out

The Navigator 4/IE5 compatible version of the site seen in a previous post has been updated! new layout, a sidebar, and CSS that has been tested on Navigator 3 and IE 1.5 and seems to degrade without too much hassle. Neocities doesn't support http AFAIK (only https), so you can't currently access it from those browsers directly. That said, it does work using webone. I have tested it locally without webone, so (ex.) images should work. if I ever get to use http. I still have a lot to work on before /old comes completely functional, so stay tuned!

The button for activating snow in the navbar is now a toggle and actually a button (it was just a link to the current page with snow before, but using the power of random motivation it is now a button that can take you back too! )! Speaking of the navbar, that has also been updated! now it should work regardless of the domain, meaning that (as long as it's placed at the root shhh ) my site is now fully portable (as far as I know )! ALSO also, now whenever you visit a directly linked newspost (either from an outside link or from the handy dandy link icon to the right of the date ) its header will show up in green so you don't forget which post you came for!

12/04/24 [221<220 - 10 - 212]

Midi page! page with my midis on it! not entirely sure if I should host other peoples' midis and deprive them of their very important page visits, so I'll say that most of the midis I listen to regularly are from "Keeper's long-lost MIDI files" and the renns MIDI experience. But I'm not posting because I want to link some cool MIDIs, I'm posting because new MIDI page!! Page with my, y'know. Utilizing previously-unknown-(to-me-) anchor techniques, you can play them with JS or download them if you [open the links in a new tab | don't have JS enabled]! Also (and this wasn't a thing I knew needed to happen but it's happening now ) I'm updating the news page CSS so the posts aren't really wide. this is going to apply retroactively to the last post, but not to the boustrophedon posts because ick icky ick ick gross I don't want to mess with those.

Navbar update! it changes appearence automatically when the screen is resized, to keep the text legible at small window sizes! also I fixed it a little bit so that it sucked less in servo, because before it wouldn't look right at all sizes. yay :3 (also you might've noticed the "snow" button on the navbar, that's to let you go back to the way the site looked during the winter. (also2 I'm giving up on boustrophedon because it doesn't look good on small screens and I don't want to have another js thing. ) )

New: Netscape 4.x and IE 5.x compatible home page!
link is at the top of the home page with js off, or
here!

30/11/23 [221<212 - 100 - 112]

New : Button styling exists now! is what they look like! Yes,
I know that I should probably add a ::before and ::after styling
to links with the "<>" in it so I don't have to copy+paste them around
(I refuse to remember "ampersandhashsixtysemicolon"), but not having
them is useful so blehh XÞ. ALSO : Sorry that the boustrophedon doesn't
scale well on small/zoomed-in screens, I didn't mean for that sorry >~<

25/11/23 [221<212 - 100 - 100]

New : Dark mode exists now! click the button to toggle it!
ALSO : expect button styling to be updated from the browser default
maybe, it kinda looks out of place rn

Hey all! news section is up, allowing you to see previous news posts.
Apologies for ðe typiŋg gimmick not beiŋg applied evenly across ðe site.
It's mostly because how I interact wiþ ðe typing and my stance on ðe gimmick changes.
More to come, or not!
