Remapping the "copilot" key

Microsoft has decided to not only pressure new laptops to have "copilot" keys, but they also (as far as I can tell) got rid of the "launch any app" feature in Settings>Personalization>Text Input>Customize Copilot key on keyboard>Custom that the online outlets [1] [2] say is the native customization option. Because of this, I had to use powertoys (yay powertoys)
