Microsoft has decided to pressure new laptops to have stupid, useless "copilot" keys instead of rctrl, which is worse than useless for people who don't want to use the junk that is Copilot et al. To follow that up, they also (as far as I can tell) got rid of the "launch any app" feature in Settings > Personalization > Text Input > Customize Copilot key on keyboard > Custom that the online outlets [1] [2] say is the native customization option. Because of this, I had to use Microsoft's Powertoys to full-on remap the shortcut.
In PowerToys' "Keyboard Manager", under Remap a shortcut, add a shortcut remapping for Win Shift F23. You can set it to a number of possibilities, including sending a key/shortcut (though as of writing remapping back to "ctrl" doesn't seem to work).
It's the complaint people have about windows 11 (except for all the other ones) and you can disable it as simply as following the tutorial on elevenforum

Head over to Settings > Apps > Installed apps, then search for Microsoft OneDrive, hit the "..." next to it, and hit Uninstall
